Beetroot Dip
An easy and tasty dip that can be served with toasted pita, plain crackers, carrot, cucumber, celery sticks etc

- Combine all ingredients thoroughly in a food processor.

- 250g (1 Cup) Greek-style yoghurt
- 2 Tbsp Fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp Ground cumin
