A tasty way to increase calcium intakes that children will love.  Plus frozen or canned berries are perfect for this smoothie! 

Method

Place all ingredients in blender.
Blend until smooth.

  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 cup Berries, frozen
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened low-fat yoghurt
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 cup Low-fat milk
